The aim of the Biogas Association of Ghana is to create an intellectual working environment, to assist in the presentation, research and education about scientific, technical and financial issues regarding the production and use of biogas.
THE IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A VOICE AND ACTION
The Biogas Association of Ghana is dedicated to facilitating the adoption of biogas Nationally.
Now that 195 national governments at the Paris Climate Conference in December 2015 have adopted the first-ever universal, legally binding global climate agreement, the biogas and AD industries have a huge role to play in achieving the targets agreed. Membership of the Biogas Association of Ghana will allow you to be part of the biggest global community demonstrating and delivering the value we contribute across all sectors – reducing and recycling food waste, recycling sewage and waste water, returning carbon to the farm, reducing emissions and keeping farmers farming, delivering flexible, storable baseload green gas, fuelling HGVs, buses, tractors and other vehicles, restoring our depleted soils, providing energy and biofertiliser to communities and villages in developing countries – and ensure that your organisation’s voice is heard as the Association works to help you prepare and contribute to the 21st century sustainability revolution.
